Rates

I contracted with Skyline and was wowed by the service and attenton to detail. I really had reservations about hiring a designer for my bungalow redo but from the beginning I was put at ease. All of my silliest questions were answered without being made to feel like a moron. And the final product was better than I could have dreamed of.

Our rates are highly competitive, rates are as follows:

Renderings are used in presenting design concepts to visualize what the room will look like with the paint, fabrics and other finishes once implemented.

These hourly rates can be used in several phases of the project. To source for furnishings, paint, etc and installation.

Includes one drawing, sample boards, 8 hours of shopping and 8 hours of installation. (When choosing this bulk package, hourly fees are not incurred nor are the drawings charged individually. One fee covers all disclosed services)

All fees are negotiable and can be tailored to your budget and needs.

All contractor work is paid directly by you to the contractor. If you have a specific budget and wish to know if we could fit that budget, please email me or call me so we can discuss your situation.

Retainers are always $600 per room or project and are NON REFUNDABLE. The signed contract and retainer secures our services to go to work sourcing and designing your concept. We present the design concept on our second meeting. The retainer can be applied towards final cost of project if at the time of design concept presentation you retain us for design shopping and installation.
